Do you have a shop I could visit?

We don't have a shop or showroom but you are welcome to collect orders from our cutting room - For details please click here 

I have forgotten my password or username, what do I do?

We have no access to passwords - the website will email you a password re-set link. We can access your username, just email or phone us and we can e-mail it to you. 

Do you offer a samples service?

We offer a sample service so you can the colours and feel of any of our fabric. For more details please click here

How often do you get new fabrics?

We are finding new fabrics all the time. Check the website to see the new stuff. Register for our newsletter on the home page and be the first to know.

The website says sold out. Will you be getting any more?

Some fabrics are always available and we are probably just waiting for the delivery. Other fabrics may be discontinued and so we can't get it any more. Please call or e-mail us and we can advise.

Do you have a catalogue?

We don't publish a catalogue because our range of fabrics changes all the time. We use the website as our shop and stock catalogue. The website is kept up to date.

How do I order and pay?

You can just click on the fabric you need and follow the checkout procedure. Payment is by credit / debit card or PayPal. If you prefer to call us just phone in your order. We can take credit / debit card payments by phone. We don't accept American Express, sorry.

Do you send fabric overseas?

We send fabric all over the world. Fabric can be ordered from many countries on the website but if you are unable to order on-line please call or e-mail us.

What about postage charges?

We have various options for delivery including first and second class post and courier options in the UK, and air mail and courier outside the UK. The charge will depend on the delivery method you choose and the weight of your order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We try and despatch orders received before 2pm on the same day though this can't always be guaranteed. UK orders sent by 1st class post should normally, subject to Royal Mail, be received next day, 2nd class is normally 2 to 3 days (these services are not guaranteed). Courier delivery in the UK is next working day. Delivery to other countries takes a longer. USA and Australia take one to two weeks or occasionally longer.

I'm overseas, how much is your fabric in my currency?

We sell fabric in UK pounds per metre. The total cost will be converted to your currency, this is outside our control.  Don't forget that a metre is 39 inches, slightly longer than a yard.

Can I have a discount?

We believe we offer value for money and offer excellent service so we don't tend to discount. Occasionally we can give a discount if you buy a full roll of fabric though this will depend on the fabric. This is usually 23 metres but may be more or less depending on the fabric. Please call us if you require a roll.

Can I order less than a metre?

Yes on some of our premium fabrics depending on what we have left, but not on the website. Just call or e-mail us and we may be able to do it.

I am ordering fabric that will be delivered outside the UK, will I have have to pay import tax, duty and admin fees in the country that the fabric is being sent to?

Orders for delivery outside the UK will be stopped by customs and import tax / import duty / admin costs will be applied and billed to the receiver of the goods. Taxes and duty must be paid by the receiver before the fabric is released by customs and delivered. We can't do anything about this other than warn you, sorry.
