         TERMS AND CONDITIONS     Just so we all know.

 

  1. Payments. We accept payments by cheque, made payable to WHITE LODGE, credit and debit cards. We don't accept Amerian express, sorry. We can also accept payment by PayPal. Just e-mail your order and we will send a PayPal invoice. Please do not post cash. Telephone orders are welcome.
  2. Mail Order. We are a mail order company only. No callers please.
  3. Refunds. Cut fabric may not be returned except with our agreement. Please use order codes to ensure correct material is supplied.
  4. Faults. Please check fabric immediately on receipt for manufacturing faults. Please contact us to arrange replacement or refund.
  5. Colours. Due to the manufacturing process exact shade match between batches cannot be guaranteed. It is advisable to order sufficient material to ensure colour matching. Some fabrics are in limited quantities and further supplies may not be available. If you need a large amount please contact us to check availability. Colours shown on this web site are indicative only. We will always send a sample by first class post on request.
  6. Delivery times. Delivery for UK is by first class mail and should be delivered next day. Orders over 10kg are sent by ParcelForce and may take up to 3 days. Urgent orders may be sent special delivery at extra cost and will be delivered by 1.00pm the next working day (highlands and islands may be slower). Delivery to Europe is by air and should be within 3 days. Delivery to USA, Canada, Australia takes 5-7 days.
  7. Delivery charges. For UK orders valued at less than £30.00 please add £3.00 to cover packaging and postage. UK orders over £30.00 are sent post free by first class mail.
    Delivery charges to countries out the UK are charged at cost. If you would like to know the charge just ask.
