DELIVERY
We know that the safe, speedy delivery of orders is very important to our customers so we have added to our delivery options. The following notes will help you to decide on the most appropriate method when placing your orders. All available options and exact costs will be shown at checkout, cost will depend on weight, delivery method chosen and destination.
United Kingdom
First Class Post
This is a good choice if you want an order weighing up to 2kg quickly. Royal Mail aim to deliver first class post the following business day which they do for the vast majority of deliveries however this is not guaranteed and is not trackable. Royal Mail do not consider a parcel to be lost or delayed until 15 days after posting. We are therefore unable to replace or refund orders until 15 days have elapsed.
Second class post
This is the lowest cost option for orders up to 2kg. Second class post is normally delivered within 2 to 3 working days. Royal Mail do not consider a parcel to be lost or delayed until 15 days after posting. We are therefore unable to replace or refund orders until 15 days have elapsed.
Courier
This is the most reliable, trackable and least expensive option for any orders over 2kg. We offer a next working day courier service if you order before 1 p.m (excluding Northern Ireland and outlying areas sorry). We also offer a 3 to 5 working day service if you don't need your order quite so quickly.
Special Delivery
This is a Royal Mail service that guarantees delivery next working day before 1.00pm Max weight is 10kg. To use this service we must receive the order before 2.00pm. Saturday delivery is available at extra cost, please call us. Orders received over a weekend or bank holiday will be despatched the next working day for delivery the day after.
Europe including Republic of Ireland
Air Mail
This is the least expensive method for small orders up to 2kg but is not guaranteed and is not trackable. Royal Mail do not consider a parcel to be lost or delayed until 15 days after posting. Courier
This is the most reliable service but is more expensive. Trackable with 3 to 5 working day delivery time.
USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand
